Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of hii.pet. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use hii.pet.
What hii.pet is
hii.pet is an online service that lets users claim islands on a shared land, create a virtual presence for a real pet, perform daily care actions, decorate islands, earn and spend credits, and interact with other users' islands.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use hii.pet. If you are under 18, you should use the service only with permission from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for ensuring you meet these requirements.
Your account
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your email accessible
- Usernames must follow our naming rules and must not impersonate others
- You may not share account access or attempt to access another person's account
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload illegal, abusive, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your pet or identity
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
- Use bots, automation, or exploits to gain credits or unfair advantages
- Attempt to access data or accounts that do not belong to you
- Use hii.pet in any way that harms other users or the service
We may remove content, suspend features, or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Your content
You retain ownership of the photos, names, and other content you upload. By posting content on hii.pet, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service, including showing your island and pet profile to other users.
You confirm that you have the rights to any content you upload and that your content does not violate these Terms or anyone else's rights.
Credits and purchases
- Credits are a virtual in-app balance used to buy decorations and features
- Credits have no real-world cash value and are not transferable outside hii.pet
- Prices, credit rewards, and shop items may change at any time
- Purchases are subject to our refund policy below
- We may adjust, revoke, or correct credits obtained through error, fraud, or abuse
Refunds
Because credits are delivered digitally and can be spent immediately in the shop, all credit purchases are generally final once the credits have been added to your account.
We may issue a refund when:
- You were charged but the purchased credits were not delivered to your account
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase
- The charge was unauthorized or made in error
- A refund is required by applicable consumer protection law
Refunds are not available for credits that have already been spent on shop items, decorations, island expansions, or other in-app features. Selling or archiving an item after purchase does not make the original credit purchase refundable.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, contact us at hello@hii.pet within 14 days of the charge and include the email on your hii.pet account, the date of purchase, and any payment confirmation details you have. We will review the request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider and may take several business days after approval.
Service availability
hii.pet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep the land online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage of all content, or that any particular feature will always remain available.
Termination
You may stop using hii.pet at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use hii.pet ends, but sections that should reasonably survive termination will continue to apply.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, hii.pet is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, hii.pet and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of hii.pet after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

Your use of hii.pet is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information.
