What is hii.pet?

hii.pet is a shared living map where your real pet gets their own floating island. You care for them daily, decorate the island, and visit the pets of people nearby — it stays alive because every island belongs to a real person.

Is it free?

Completely free to start. Claim your island, name your pet, and jump in. You earn in-app credits just by visiting each day, and more credits come in when other people pawprint your island.

How do I claim an island?

Type your pet's name in the Claim it field on the land, create a free account, and you're placed on the map near other pets. No credit card, no waiting.

What pets are supported right now?

Dogs and cats for v1. More species are coming — if you have a strong opinion about which one next, tell us at hello@hii.pet.

How do I earn credits?

You get a free credit for visiting the land each day. You also earn credits when other users leave a pawprint 🐾 on your island. The more visitors you attract, the more you earn.

What can I spend credits on?

Decorations for your island — trees, flowers, a mini house, lanterns, benches, signs, waterfalls, and more. You can also expand your island to unlock more space.

Can I get credits back if I remove a decoration?

Yes. Open Storage from your toolbar, find the item, and tap Sell. You get half the original price back as credits. Or tap Archive to keep it in your archive box and place it again later for free.

What is the archive box?

A personal storage area for items you've removed from your island. Archived items don't appear on your island but aren't gone — open Storage › Archive box and tap Place to bring one back.

How do I decorate my island?

Tap the 🛍️ Shop button in the bottom toolbar while on your island. Pick a category, buy an item, and place it wherever you like. Edge items like the waterfall snap to the island border automatically.

Can I move decorations after placing them?

Yes. Open 📦 Storage, find the item under 'On island', and tap Move. The decoration enters placement mode so you can reposition it.

How do I add photos of my pet?

Tap 📋 Dog Info in your toolbar. Upload a profile photo and add gallery shots. Other visitors can see these when they click your island.

How does my island grow?

Your island's growth stage increases as you care for your pet daily (feed, walk, or play). Higher stages unlock more decoration slots and a bigger-looking island. You can also buy island expansions in the shop.

How do I visit someone else's island?

Click or tap any island on the land. A panel opens with the pet's name, photos, location, and reaction buttons. The owner earns a credit when you leave a pawprint.

What does leaving a pawprint do?

It sends a +1 credit to that pet's owner and adds to their pawprint count. You can only pawprint each island once.

Can guests see the land without signing up?

Yes — the land is fully visible and explorable without an account. You can click islands and see pet profiles. You need a free account to leave pawprints or buy decorations.
