How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within 24 hours of your purchase, please contact us:

- Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
- Provide your account email address and purchase details
We will process your refund request promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will appear in your account depending on your payment provider:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Other Payment Methods: Processing time may vary
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will prevent future charges, but you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
Note: Cancellation is different from a refund. A refund returns your payment and immediately revokes access to Pro features. Refunds are only available within 24 hours of purchase.
